Guidelines

Comments are welcomed and encouraged on this site, but there are some instances where comments will be edited or deleted as follows:

Guideline #1: We invite all wishing to do so to comment, but be aware that due to abuse we have received in the past, all comments are moderate and might need to be approved. Comments deemed to be spam or questionable spam will be deleted. Including a link to relevant content is permitted, but comments should be relevant to the post topic. Comments disagreeing with the opinions of the post’s author will not be deleted, unless the comments have nothing to do with the post and demeaning rather than disagreeing with the author for their opinion (we aren’t in grade school).

Guideline #2: Authors and commenter’s should be kind and considerate. Comments that attack a person individually will be deleted. We want this blog to be a positive experience for all who visit. Comments including profanity and comments containing language or concepts that could be deemed offensive will be deleted.

Guideline #3: All authors need to post on a regular and consistent schedule. While we tried to implement a posting schedule at the beinging of the year we’ve since discarded it due to problems that some of you had. However, we do require that all contributors post at least once a month on a topic dealing with writing, publishing, marketing, or promoting. Authors who do not abide by these rules, show they do not have enough interest in being on this blog, and we reserve the right to remove you as a contributor.This does not apply to Forum maintainers as it is a separate entity.

Guideline #4: Authors, if you cannot post at least once a month, please let us know and we will work out an arrangement for you to send us a ‘guest post’ to post on your behalf.

The owners of this blog reserves the right to edit or delete any comments submitted to this blog without notice. This comment policy is subject to change at anytime.
